Darkflows privacy notice

Last updated: September 24, 2026

This notice describes the initial Darkflows account and workspace application at app.darkflows.io. Contact hb@darkflows.io with questions about your information.

Information the application uses

When you sign in with Google, Darkflows receives your name, email address, profile image, Google account identifier, and sign-in tokens. It uses these to verify your identity and maintain your account. Darkflows requests only basic identity, email, and profile access; this sign-in does not request access to your Gmail messages, Drive files, or Calendar.

Darkflows stores organization and workspace names, membership roles, creation dates, and records of workspace actions. Hosting services may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, timestamps, and errors, to operate and protect the service.

Cookies and appearance

The application uses necessary sign-in and security cookies. Sessions expire after seven days unless renewed through continued use. Signing out invalidates the current session. Your appearance preference is saved in your browser's local storage.

Hosting and access

The application and its database are hosted on Google Cloud in the United States. Google also provides sign-in. Authorized Darkflows operators and service providers process information needed to operate, maintain, and secure the application. Workspace access is limited by organization membership and role.

Retention and requests

Account and workspace records persist while the account and workspace remain in the service. There is no automatic account-deletion feature in this initial release. Contact hb@darkflows.io to request access, correction, or deletion; requests require identity verification. Database backups may retain earlier copies for their configured retention period after a change or deletion.

Features under development

The initial application provides sign-in, organizations, and workspaces. Marketing workflow examples do not connect your business systems or send business records to an AI provider. Additional integrations and AI features will need their own configuration and applicable disclosures before they process your information.

Updates

This notice may change as the service develops. The date above identifies its most recent revision.
